Common questions
How do I cancel my subscription?
On your iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Sakinah → Cancel. Deleting the app does not cancel it.
I paid but the app still shows the free plan.
In the app, open You → Restore purchases. If that does not help, email us the Apple receipt.
How do I delete my data?
Open You → Delete all my data. Your conversations and profile are stored only on your phone, so this removes them completely.
I can’t afford Premium.
Email us from the “Can’t afford it?” link on the subscription screen and tell us your situation. We will do what we can.

Which languages are supported?
English, العربية and اردو. The AI replies in the language you write in.
